MCC Script for Campaign Settings (Search Network)

Hi!

I am trying to make sure that all my campaigns (In all the accounts in the MCC) are opted into the Search Network. I don't see an option to retrieve this setting here: https://developers.google.com/adwords/scripts/docs/reference/adwordsapp/adwordsapp_campaign

Is there a way to accomplish this using scripts?
