URL exclude for PMax campaigns with API.

Hi, Has a question about the exclusion of URLs from campaigns in automatically created assets with Google Ads API.
First of all, are there any options to set "Final URLs" with API (picture 1, steps 1-4):

After that exclude URLs, that contain string in (as in picture 1, step 5; and in picture 2):
