Join - campaign, ad_group, ad_group_ads and keywords table

Hi,
I need to get metrics of campaign, ad_group, ad_group_ad and keyword level. Can I join all tables and convert into 1 query for get metrics on all level.

Thank you for raising your concern to my team. Allow me to provide support.
I am afraid that there is no feature in the Google Ads API to join multiple report types. However, you will need to join it on your end after downloading the reports. But, I would not suggest doing it as it may result in data inconsistencies as the data are accumulated at different levels.
However, could you confirm if you are trying to replicate a specific report in the UI? If yes, would you be able to provide the screenshot of the UI showing this report? So that we can determine what is the possible report type to use here.
