You may find our guide on Increasing Mobile App Engagement helpful. There's a section in that guide about Audience Targeting. The section mentions that if you have an app in Google Play, then you would need to link your account to Google Play. There are links in this guide on how to set that up.

Hi,

I don't know of a way of creating the Apple mobile app remarketing list through the AdWords API. I don't think that's a feature that is available, yet. I'll double-check with my teammates to make sure that is the case. As to your second question, once the remarketing list exists, you can get the app ID from the IntegrationCode field. It will be of the format appid=<appid_number> where <appid_number> is the number that you see in the user interface to represent an app. I don't know of a programmatic way of getting that number before creating the remarketing list.
