Inquire about the time to apply the campaign schedule advertisement.

Hi.

Does it apply directly to advertisements when registering a campaign schedule? Or does it take a certain amount of time to be applied to the advertisement?

The campaign advertising schedule was registered by extracting code from create operation of  CampaignCriterionService.MutateCampaignCriteria  and creating detailed information in the AdScheduleInfo field.

Thank you for your answer.

I wonder if it applies to advertisements right away if I change the schedule on this page.

For example, if I disable the campaign schedule from 10:00 to 11:00 on November 02, 2023, will it stop immediately from 10:00 as soon as I apply it if the current time is 9:55?

Or does it take a certain amount of time for the advertisement to stop even if I change the schedule?

By reviewing your query, I understand that your concern is regarding the campaign schedule. I would like to inform you that Google Ads makes changes to your campaign settings as soon as you save them. This includes changes to your campaign schedule.

In your example, if you disable the campaign schedule from 10:00 to 11:00 on November 02, 2023, your ads will stop showing at 10:00, even if the current time is 9:55. I would recommend you refer to the help center article Create an ad schedule to get more information.
