Google Ads API Token no response

Hello,

We submitted a request for basic access to the Google Ads API Token more than four weeks ago (on October 13, 2023) through the form at https://support.google.com/adspolicy/contact/new_token_application. Unfortunately, as of today, we have not received any response.
Despite reaching out to the Google Ads support service multiple times via the request form, all our inquiries remain unanswered.

Here are the relevant details:
Google Ads Manager Account ID: 235-393-6178
Google Ads API Account ID: 903-260-9893
Google Ads support requests with no response to date:

Could you please provide an estimated timeframe for receiving a response?

The Google EDS support team has combined all of the above 5 requests ( ID: 5-5887000035501, 4-1336000034980, 3-7667000034892, 2-777900003474, 1-7925000035220)

regarding access to Google EDS Api into one ID: 6-5158000035100.

Unfortunately,
as of today I have not received any response regarding the request ID:6-5158000035100 for which the support team provided an answer via email.

Can you specify the approximate date for feedback?
