Folks,
I am using GEO_PERFORMANCE_REPORT for adgroups performance for location wise stats. Now since, the report returns region/countryTerritory/metro/mostSpecificLocation in codes and not in names, I am seeding the code-name mapping using latest (2015-10-13)
Geographical targeting csv (recommended by AdWords API team). My search criteria right now is on mostSpecificLocation (and then on countryTerritory if miss) for getting the name of the region from csv (also recommended by AdWords API team)
While I am getting most of the records mapped to the region names from the csv, there are 5% of the records that has mostSpecificLocation and countryTerritory code but its not there in CSV (neither in Criteria ID nor in Country Code). Does the CSV needs refresh?
Some of the examples of mostSpecificLocation codes not found in CSV are:
1007926, 1012093, 21212, 1007916, 1010216, 1028595, 1007937, 1007917, 1028602, 1007938, 1007941, 21210, 1007910, 2891, 2760, 2104, 1007933, 1028612, 1007923, 1007911, 1012723, 1007944, 2736, 1028614, 1007922, 1007936, 1007912, 1028599, 1007913, 1007921, 1007925, 1007928, 1028587, 21213, 20500, 1028591, 1007920, 1028613, 1007919, 1028610, 1028590, 1007924, 1028597, 1007932, 1028616, 1003690, 1003693, 1007930, 1028814, 1007927, 1028611, 1007939, 1028596, 1007943, 1007934, 2364, 1007940, 1028598, 20501, 1007914, 1007946, 1028604, 1007918, 1007947
These are 63 unknown locations that belongs to just one adGroup, now once I move to a campaign and aggregate all adGroups geo stats of that campaign, this unknown region count becomes too many to ignore. Am I missing something here?

Geographical targeting csv has some problems in few of the records I think (PFA screenshot of this kind of data in CSV), name and countryCode are not in the right columns of csv. Is the CSV need some corrections?
