Getting Lot Of Internal Error and DeadLineExceeded

From Last 1 hr, we are seeing a lot of internal errors, and deadline exceeded errors. The Average latency of response also seems high. Could you confirm things are working as expected? And is there any reason for us getting lot of internal error?

We had the very same issue for a few hours this morning. Was there an outage or disruption of some kind? Any/all info Google can provide would be helpful -- thanks.

Hello All,

There was an outage this morning reported for multiple products including Google Ads. The status dashboard was updated: https://ads.google.com/status/publisher/ I've heard from folks that the issue should now be resolved.
