AdWords API: Mysterious criteria. Where are they from?

Hi, a subset of ad groups that I’m working on have this wired issue. When accessing https://ads.google.com/ from browser it shows that the ad group has 9 user interest criteria (see attached picture 1). But when checking it with the API it shows not only these criteria but also some extra ones. I compared the expected criteria with the extra ones and they don’t really have any difference except their ids – the extra ones all have Id start with digit 1 (see attached picture 2 for example). Can someone tell me what these mysterious criteria are; and more importantly if there is a property of them that can be used to filter them out. Thanks!
