Thank you for reaching out to us. Could I confirm with you if you are mentioning the Access levels shown here? If so, there does not exist a report or service that gives you your account’s access level. If you’re mentioning this type of user access level, this information is also not available through the API. Both of these access level types, however, are found when you log into your Google Ads account under “Tools & Settings” > “Setup” > “API Center” (and) “Account Access” respectively.
