We have offline conversions that ARE conversions with clickID's and everything is successful on our end with our logs.  We've even had successful CSV uploads for conversions, but nothing is populating inside of the google ads UI.

It's been 4 days and still no data.  Even when we export the "Results" CSV from the upload history, it tells us which ones are #OK and they still don't show up.

There is clearly a bug.  Has anyone figured this out?  Again this is both and API AND an upload issue.

Hi,

Thank you for contacting the Google Ads API support team.

Upon reviewing your concern, I understand that you are concerned about offline conversions not being reflected in the Google Ads UI. Please be noted that the concern regarding CSV uploads is out of scope for our team as our team only provides support for Google Ads API related concerns and technical implementations. Please provide your Google Ads customer Id so we can route you to the respective support team which is better equipped to address your concerns.

As you have mentioned that “everything is successful on our end with our logs”, kindly confirm by the logs, do you mean Google Ads API logs? If you have uploaded conversions using the Google Ads API, kindly get back to us with your Google Ads customer Id, conversion action Id/ name and the complete API logs (request and response with request-id and request header) generated on your end for the successful conversion uploads without redacting any information.

You can send the details via Reply privately to the author option, or direct private reply to this email.

Thanks,
