As per provided with your query, we are not able to see data discrepancy in the Google Ads API and UI. 

To investigate the issue further, could you please provide the complete API logs (request and response with request-id) along with full screen screenshot of UI where you see data discrepancy?
You may then send the requested logs via the Reply privately to author option. If this option is not available, you may send the details directly to our googleadsa...@google.com alias instead.

Just pulled all the data for February and comparing the data, field for field.

The GAQL:

CriterionId: 312235155723

Date: 2022-02-03

metrics.clicks = 0

But in the UI it show 1 click NOK 2.85,- 

Checked the API again if there was any data at all on this CriterionId and the days I have data is:

2022-02-06 - 2 clicks
2022-02-10 - 1 click
2022-02-13  - 1 click
2022-02-17  - 1 click
2022-02-20  - 1 click
2022-02-27 - 1 click

This is just one case, but the discrepancy recurs in several accounts we manage.
