Get "Resource was not found" when creating SHOPPING campaign

Hi 
I got error "Resource was not found" when creating SHOPPING campaign
Could you please help to check what the reason of it?

I have checked your customer ID: 8667304723 and it appears that this is not currently linked to a merchant center, hence the error you receiving as resource was not found. On the other hand, if this is recently linked prior to the request call for creating the shopping campaign, kindly note that there is an expected delay after linking. After linking, there is some data that needs to be synced across the two accounts, and that process can take a few hours. Retrying after a few hours should be able to resolved this issue.

Sharing some article that may help in your issue:


If the issue persist on your end, kindly provide to us the complete request and response logs with request id and request header generated on your end.

Note that these logs can be requested or provided to the developer handling the Google Ads API transactions when logging of the API requests has been enabled. You may check here (https://developers.google.cn/google-ads/api/docs/client-libs/ruby/logging) and click your client library for the specific guideline to enable it.
