How do I pause a Product Partition BiddableAdGroupCriterion?

Since BiddableAdGroupCriterion.setUserStatus(UserStatus.PAUSED) does not work with Product Partition according to the API, https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201609/AdGroupCriterionService.BiddableAdGroupCriterion#userstatus , how do I pause BiddableAdGroupCriterion that is a Product Partition?

Hi,

Yes, that's correct, it is currently not possible in the AdWords API to pause a Product Partition in the Criterion level. What you may be able to do is to pause the AdGroup where your Product Partition belongs to. Alternatively, if you want to exclude Product Partition nodes from bidding then you may refer to some of the solutions discussed here and here.
