campaign Criteria bid modifier return 0 value always

Dear, API support team

I just wonder whether the result is a bug or not. Could you please confirm whether it is or not? otherwise, we have to modify our service.

I used Campagin criterion service @ v4.1 and then I have got the result value that 0 only using -100 on by GoogleAds UI.

Today, we updated our service to v6 but found the problem that the value was 0 without any amendment ourselves.

If you require further information such as our customer ID or Campaign ID, please let me know then I will provide it.

Please reply promptly.

What input you provided
What you were expecting
What you actually received
