regarding change of conversion goals from account default to campaign specific

i got this email today from one of the google ads representative. can you please guide me how can i change these conversion goal setting as till now all the campaigns that i have created,  i have'nt created any conversion goals. so i don't have any idea how campaigns are using account default conversion settings. 
                                   Also please tell me which campiagn action type and campiagn action category are applicable in case of performance max campaigns.

To assist you further, could you confirm whether you would like to use the Google Ads API or the UI to change the conversion goals from account default to campaign specific? You can refer to this section on 'goal management overview' from the 'conversion goals' guide, which has information on how to configure campaign specific goals using the Google Ads API, if you have a campaign with unique goals that differ from your customer-level goals. When you override the customer-level goals for a campaign by issuing a CampaignConversionGoalOperation or using a custom goal, Google Ads will no longer apply future CustomerConversionGoal changes to any of the campaign's CampaignConversionGoal objects. I would suggest you to check this guide on 'campaign goals' for more information.

• Are you referring to the campaign conversion goal 'category' and 'type'? If yes, this information is present under the 'campaign goals for new conversion actions'. You may also refer to this PMax specific guide on campaign-level conversion goals for more information.

If you want to set a goal for a campaign, you should update 'ConversionGoalCampaignConfigService'.

If you want to remove the default goal, set all biddables in 'CampaignConversionGoalService' to False.
