GAQL Queries with Time Ranges Before Unix Epoch Cause "Internal error encountered."

Hi,

I've been playing around with the GoogleAdsService a bit, and noticed that sending a query for dates before 1970-01-01 will reliably cause a StatusCode.INTERNAL / Internal error encountered error.

Not that this matters for any real purposes, but maybe the error message could be more specific.
