Moving forward with your concern, in order for us to investigate further, can you provide us the complete request and response logs with the request-id generated on your end when you retrieved the status? This is so we can also check on our end as well and investigate further. You can provide it via the Reply privately to author option. For the client library, logging can be enabled by navigating to the Client libraries > Your client library (ex. .NET) > Logging documentation, which you can access from the Client Libraries guide.
