fetching images from free stock images

Im wondering if is there any way to use google free stock images from google ads ui 

 via some API.

Regarding your concern, it appears that this is about fetching/using the free stock images data via the Google Ads API. However, I am afraid that this is not yet supported in the Google Ads API. That being said, I have raised a feature request for its availability. Note that this is subject for review and since we cannot provide a definite timeline with regard to its release, we would instead recommend you keep an eye on our Blog (https://ads-developers.googleblog.com/search/label/google_ads_api) for future updates and latest announcements.
