Hi AdWords team,
We have a customer that always encountered "(400) Bad Request" when fetching "AD_PERFORMANCE_REPORT ". Since it's not the SOAP API call, we don't have the SOAP trace enabled. But I do have the customer id and the time that issue happened. We suspect this might be a permission issue, but we are not sure without details.
Could you please help us to double check? I can send the customer id and timestamp offline to you.

Hi Caihua,
Yes, please send to me privately (via Reply privately to author) the client's clientCustomerId, the AdWords API version they are using, the complete report definition, and any other available error logs for further investigation.
