Did you mean setting the language search parameter to Hindi? If so, you could set the language of your choice as shown in this Java code snippet. The language codes can be found here. If your question was different, could you please share the screenshot of the Keyword Planner UI including the targeting options? Please use reply privately to the author option while sharing the screenshot.
