Download campaigns without the removed Ad groups, ads and keywords

Hello everyone,

Just a simple question:

We would like to download all campaigns across all accounts from Adwords, so we are downloading campaigns first, followed by Ad groups, Ads and keywords. Our issue is that previously, parent campaigns in our account were removed without removing Ad groups, ads and keywords first, and now we cannot remove the unwanted Ad groups, ads and keywords from the campaigns. This is affecting the download from our API as it is taking 24 hours to download everything and it also includes Ad groups, ads and keywords from removed campaigns (which we do not want to have). We do not have a status filter in Google-API which allows us to exclude removed campaigns. 

I would like a solution on how to download these campaigns without the removed Ad groups, ads and keywords and in less than 24 hours.

Hello,

While there is no CampaignStatus field in the AdGroupService, AdGroupAdService and AdGroupCriterionService, you can use reporting to get the CampaignStatus for the report type you need to use. You can use a filter to get only ENABLED and PAUSED campaigns.
