Sandbox for Customer Match

Hello,

our company is trying to automate creating Customer Match users list using Google Ads API. Currently we update users list manually by uploading .csv files through Google Ads Manager UI.
Our idea is to do it like this:

However for testing purposes, we would like to avoid using our real business account. Is there a sandbox environment we could use to test it?
