Hi Jeff,
Thank you for raising this concern to the Google Ads API team.
Moving forward to your concern,
"is there a way to get call duration to come through? Specifically from the resource call_view, 'call_view.call_duration_seconds'? Currently, call_view does not report where campaign.advertising_channel_type = 'LOCAL_SERVICES'.", kindly note that this is possible using the
call_view report. You can fetch the
call_view.call_duration_seconds field by just adding this field to the SELECT clause of your query / request. Also, with regards to adding the
where campaign.advertising_channel_type = 'LOCAL_SERVICES' on your request, this is also possible. You can also use the call_view report here.
Just to add, you can use
Google Ads Query Builder for call_view report as it will help you on building and validating your query.
Also, could you provide the complete
request and
response logs with
request ID and
request header generated on your end when you can't retrieve the records or receiving empty results?
You can provide it via
Reply privately to author option. If this option is not available, then send it instead on this email address
googleadsa...@google.com.
