Local Services Ads Dashboard missing data

Hi,

In my Local Services Ads Dashboard, from Januaary to April, CONNECTED_CALLS data is completely zero. Can you please explain why is this the case, I mean is this an ERROR, or what's the theory behind it, because every calls got missed for 4 months is practically not possible and obviously didn't happen, but there it is showing 0. But still, it happened for some particular reason that I'm not aware of. please let me know with a proper explanation.
