Hey guys,

It seems the Google Ads API docs site is down; when attempting to navigate through it, i'm getting a service unavailable error - see the picture attached, please.

Also, when I'm in the Google Ads API landing page and try to navigate through the Reporting section, I'm getting a toast notifcation saying there's an error - there's also a picture attached that shows this error.

Hi Alfonso,

Thank you for reaching out.

Upon checking from our end, the Google Ads API documentation appears to be working. As well as the specific Reporting > Paging view.

That being said, could you confirm if you are still encountering issues accessing the above links/documentation?

Best regards,

Hi Peter,

it is working - only if I access by using incognito in Chrome or a different browser. There might be something off in my end that is causing this error. Thanks though!

Regards,

Alfonso

I've consistently had this problem trying to access anything in https://developers.google.com/google-ads using Chrome on MacOS. Safari works fine. Forced refresh works fine (%-shift-R). But navigation or simple refresh (%R) always get Service Unavailable. Developer tools network shows
    1. Request URL:
    2. Request Method:
      GET
    3. Status Code:
503 Service Unavailable (from service worker)

It's very frustrating

Hi Don,

Thank you for reaching out. I understand the inconvenience that you are currently encountering.

Before raising this concern with the rest of our team, could you confirm if using incognito mode does not resolve the issue?

In addition, could you also confirm your current location (ex. country) when accessing the documentation? For this detail, you may confirm via the Reply privately to author option.

From very small test, incognito appears to work fine. I guess I'll switch to using it (or safari which also works)

I'm dealing with the same issue. I'm getting 'Service Unavailable' when trying to view some pages on developers.google.com domain, but it seems to work when using Incognito mode.
I'm using Chrome.

Hello,

If you are facing "Service unavailable" issues with the documentation, please disable any ad blockers you may have.

Hi Don,

Thank you for providing these details.

Allow me now to raise this to the rest of our team. For now, you may continue to use the incognito mode to access the API documentation. Our team will provide an update once available.

Hi Don,

Our team would like to confirm if in your browser there are currently ad blocker chrome extensions that are turned on? If there are, could you try turning those extensions off and retry accessing the API documentation? Let me know how it goes.
