Get daily account and campaign spend using AdWords API.

I've been looking through the docs and looking at the responses from
AdWords API but I can't figure out how to find the spend for an
individual campaign for a set time period. Is this currently possible
or is it on the roadmap?

You can use the report definition service to get this information.
There are various performance reports for account, campaign, etc. See
the following links for details:
