Link Google Account with Adwords Account using API

I am facing a problem in my development, I have google admin sdk and through this sdk I can create google accounts for the users in my portal. Now I have adwords manager account list and through this I can create a new adwords account using ManagedCustomer API. 

What I want to achieve in the end is to link the goggle admin account created in step 1 with adword account created in step 2 so that I can login to the google adword account using the email address I created in step 1 .

Is there any way to achieve this via google adwords api ?

Hello,

There is currently no way to associate an email address with an AdWords account through the API. Using the API, you can send and accept/decline a link between a client account and manager account. The fields take the CID of the accounts rather than the email addresses.

Thanks for the reply. Understood your answer but when I will do this via API what will happen next? How the client will be able to login or from which email he/she will be able to login into adwords console to see the accounts which are just associated with the manager ID.

After creating a client account under a MCC account and link it via API, is it possible to send an invite to an email address from the API ?

Hi Salman,

Unfortunately, this is not possible through the API. You will need to send an invitation to the email through the AdWords UI.

Is there any way out now where we can directly associate email with a adwords account using the API ? We are using google admin sdk for creating google account as we have business domain. 

 Just curious if this is supported or can be supported in future ?

Unfortunately, this is still not possible through the API. Although I cannot give any timelines as to if and when this feature will get added, you can follow our blog to receive any announcements for when we do.
