MutateJob status never complete

Hi All, I'm currently working with the MutateJobService, and it was working fine (updating everything), but today the status never changes from PROCESSING to COMPLETE.

Any ideas what is going on?

I did some more test, some times works, some times not. How it handles the pending jobs id's internally? If I make a new job request, with the same data to update, it will override the previous one, or will execute both jobs?

Hi Nicolas,

Looks like the issue is that you are on basic access, which restricts the number of operations per day to 10000. MutateJobService is meant to handle bulk operations, so it won't work well with Basic access tokens. The tasks IDs you sent me are actually failed ones, there's an issue at our end which is not marking these tasks as failed. We will get that part fixed; meanwhile, I suggest you apply for standard access, since your API usage is definitely more than 10K operations per day.
