I am getting paradoxical Search Impression Share results, both using the API and the UI when querying Search Impression Share broken down by campaign versus not broken down by campaign.
One of my campaigns is showing "<10%" with 2,769 impressions.
That means that the total universe of possible impressions of this campaign is between
27,690 (in case it is the maximum, 10%)
and
276,900 (in case it is the minimum, 1%, or even a bigger universe (ex: 0.01%), making it even more paradoxical)
All other campaigns show precise Search Impression Share numbers, making it possible to infer the exact universe of possible impressions of all of them.
With those numbers we can see that:
1 - If the account total is correct, the "<10%" campaign is wrong. Should be 23%
2 - If the "<10%" campaign is correct (between 1 and 10%), the account total is wrong. Should be between 22% and 57% - It shows 63.67%
This is a very specific case that seems to be an outlier.
All the campaigns are Search Campaigns inside the Google Network (no partners).

I am attaching an image (dots and commas follow the international standard) and an excel sheet with all the calculations.
This is a key metric for our clients, please advise.
