Our team responded on the other thread, please see below the answer on that thread :
"I noticed that you are on a Windows machine, so all the \ should be substituted with ^. Also, try using the curl option to read the data from a file instead of command line. See https://stackoverflow.com/questions/12667797/using-curl-to-upload-post-data-with-files for details.

Just wondering, is there any reason why you aren't using the PHP client library? I think I saw a mention earlier, but unfortunately I seem to have lost access to that part of the discussion thread."
