Is geo_target_constant missing some data?

Is geo_target_constant missing some data? Some of the location_ids I got in location_view and geographic_view cannot be found in geo_target_constant. Is there something wrong with the way I'm querying?

Hi,

Thank you for raising your concern.

Upon checking on my end, the criterion ID of the location belongs to one of the restricted countries / non-targetable locations mentioned on this document. I was able to replicate the scenario that you encountered on my end that this location criteria is not returned in the geo_target_constant. However, this also seems to be the reason why it is not in the geo_target_constant as the criterion ID of the location belongs to one of the restricted countries / non-targetable locations. Please see instead the document that I provided to know the corresponding location of the said ID.
