Upgraded Urls: Can not migrate Ads with german Umlauts (öäüß) in final url

Hi,

we are currently migrating our Adwords Accounts by using the upgrade URL function on AdGroupAds.
We got an AdError.URL_NOT_EQUIVALENT error on all final URLs with german Umlauts like äöüÄÖÜß.


Example to reproduce:
Destination URL:
http://www.tracking.com/rdirect?url=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.landingpage.com%3Fparam%3D%C3%B6%C3%BC%C3%A4%C3%96%C3%9C%C3%84%C3%9F

Tracking URL Template:
http://www.tracking.com/rdirect?url={lpurl}

Final URL:
http://www.landingpage.com?param=öüäÖÜÄß

This can also be reproduced by using the Adwords Editor "Post URL upgrades" function.

Can you please fix this bug as soon as possible because we are not able to use this function for our customers.

Can you try encoding the characters first in the final URL? An example would be: http://www.landingpage.com?param=%C3%B6%C3%BC%C3%A4%C3%96%C3%9C%C3%84%C3%9F
