Why ConstantDataService return different inmarket audiences compared with in-market_categories.csv?

Hi,

I want to get in-market audiences via the getUserInterestCriterion method of ConstantDataService by passing userInterestTaxonomyType = IN_MARKET.

But I compared the results with https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/in-market_categories.csv and found they are different.

Results from ConstantDataService have more audiences than the in-market_categories.csv. 

I want to understand why and which one should I use?

I have another question: does the result of getUserInterestCriterion method contains all the active and available in-market audiences?

That's right. The results of the ContantDatService. getUserInterestCriterion() contain all the active In-market audiences.

Following up on this thread, the in-market audience returned in both CSV and from the services are both the same. Could you please elaborate if you're noticing anything otherwise, so I can assist you further?

Thanks for your following up. 

The csv (https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/codes-formats#in-market-categories) contains 508 inmarket audiences. But I found ContantDatService. getUserInterestCriterion() returns 816 inmarket audiences. Could you please chek again?

I was able to see that all the UserInterestIds are populated. Could you please specify the criteria IDs that are missing so I can take a closer look?

Hi Bharani,

For example, I can see an audience(criterion Id: 80954, name: Political Volunteering (Right-Leaning US Candidates & Causes)) returned from ContantDatService. getUserInterestCriterion(). But I couldn't find it in in-market_categories.csv.
