Get Topics list

I want to start using topic targeting in our display network campaigns (as described here: https://support.google.com/adwords/answer/2497832?hl=en&authuser=3&ref_topic=3119139)

Which API should I use in order to retrieve a list of all available topics?

I can't find "Topic" in the list of Targeting types:

https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/targetingtypes

Hello,

The close match for topics is interest categories criteria. Please check out the categories available in the In market and Affinity criteria list
