How can I set location and languages for my campaign

I need to create a new campaign . I have used below library  to create new campaign .

Here no parameter for set location and languages . 

Need to be set this  languages details (English,Deutsch) 

Need to be set this  languages details (Chennai,USA)

Hi Soniya,

You may use the CampaignCriterionService to target a location and language to your campaign. You may check this sample code for your reference. Also, you could refer to this guide for the language criterion IDs and to Geotargets Table for the location criterion IDs.
