the ads I created via AdWords api didn't get any impression or click

The ads I created via Adwords API didn't get any impression or click, but if I deliver the ads on Adwords platform with the same settings, they works, and impressions and clicks are recorded. What would be the problem?

Hi,

Please carefully compare the SOAP response for the ads.  E.g., does the ad has budget? the same keywords, etc.
