We have issues using the Google Ads API conversion upload for our conversion events.

We are seeing this under googleads requests:

It seems we need to be allowlisted to use this feature? The issues started 2 weeks ago.

I understand that you are encountering the "CUSTOMER_NOT_ALLOWLISTED_FOR_THIS_FEATURE" while uploading conversions using Google Ads API.

To allowlist your account for the upload conversions, you will need to reach out to your Google representative or account manager as they will be the one to allowlist this feature on your behalf.

If you have yet to identify a Google representative, then the Google Ads Product support team can help identify one for you. As soon as they have been identified for you, the Google representative can send us a separate email so our team can help provide information to them.
