No response from API Basic Access Application

Dear Team,

We have applied for API basic access permissions twice, about two weeks from now. No response, not a single e-mail has arrived in my inbox, not a protocol number and my api access is still a test account.

I would like to get an update about how my authorization process is going and why I still haven't gotten any replies.
