Synchronising Product Partitions - InternalApiError.UNEXPECTED_INTERNAL_API_ERROR

The following error is returned when we call the AdGroupCriterionService to synchronise product partitions.  The problem only occurs with one of our clients, and is not resolved by repeating the request.  The error first occurred on the 13th June after making changes to the shopping campaign tree, following the changes in the product taxonomy.
