It's been over a month since I applied for Baisic Access for Google Ads API Token, but still no reply

Hi, I have been submitting my application for Baisic Access for Google Ads API Token for over a month but still haven't received a reply, therefore we can't proceed to the next step in our advertising plan, please help to resolve this, thank you very much.
