Missing Data From API

Hi, 

I'm trying to pull data from the asset_group and asset_group_asset edges. 

Currently, from the asset_group edge, I can pull data from 2023-12-17 (but no earlier).

From the asset_group_asset edge, I can only pull data from 2024-07-18 (but no earlier).

I can see data in my google ads UI from before these dates. 

What might be the reason?

Upon reviewing your concern I understand that you are trying to retrieve data using the asset_group and asset_group_asset reports of the Google Ads API. But, you are facing the following issues:

1. Not being able to retrieve data before the date ‘2023-12-17’ for the asset_group report.

2. Not being able to retrieve data before the date ‘2024-07-18’ for the asset_group_asset report.

 

In order to assist you further, please provide your Google Ads customer Id and the GAQL queries which you are using to retrieve the above mentioned data. Also, as you have mentioned that you are able to see the desired data in your Google Ads account, please provide uncropped UI screenshots of your Google Ads account highlighting the specified data without redacting any information. The requested information will help us to investigate the issue and assist you further.
