Google Ads OfflineUserDataJobService Timeout

I'm facing this error message in one certain Google Ads account:

Failed to post Google custom audience: Total timeout of API google.ads.googleads.v10.services.OfflineUserDataJobService exceeded 3600000 milliseconds before any response was received.

Retrying the operation doesn't help either. I'm using the batch size of 5000. This is not happening for other Google Ads accounts. The audience size is around 25000.

Moving forward, to further investigate the issue, could you provide the complete request and response logs with request ID and request header generated on your end?
