TargetingIdeaService not returning statistics for some keywords

Hello,

We have noticed that the TargetingIdeaService doesn't return results for some keywords, for example for a set of 13,607 keywords we don't get results for 3,304 of them. I reduced the request to a single keyword ("estee lauder") that doesn't return results from the API, but that does return in the UI Keyword Planner.

I can send the SOAP requests if needed.

Could you provide the complete SOAP request and response logs when you used the TargetingIdeaService and the complete screenshot of the keyword planner together with the results and the filters you used? You may use the reply privately to author option.
