How long does it usually take to get API access??

We applied for access on April 3, 2016 and the API & Third Party Compliance Team reached (Ryan) out asking for further documentation. We provided said documentation and logins to our system on April 5 and have not heard back from the team since then. It is now April 27th so I am wondering how long it usually takes to get approval. I have been emailing adwordsa...@google.com but had not heard back on status.
