I want to get the following via API:

Per day,adid ,ValueTrack parameters (for example {placement}) the amount of impressions clicks and cost.

You could use the AD_PERFORMANCE_REPORT to get above fields and statistics data(e.g. Id, Impressions, Clicks, Cost and CreativeFinalUrls etc.). The EffectiveFinalUrl field on the new FINAL_URL_REPORT will have ValueTrack and custom parameters shown in brackets (e.g.http://example.com?creative=5659623232).
