BudgetOrderError.UNKNOWN

Hi,

I'm receiving the following error:  Using AdWords API v201809

error: Creating Billing Account for xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-3207 Google Error. Error: AdWordsApiException: Exception of type 'Google.Api.Ads.Adwrods.Lib.AdWordsApiException' was thrown.. (Error.BudgetOrderError.UNKNOWN, FieldPath: operations[0].operand.startDateTime.endDateTime,Trigger:no billing setup found, may be in the middle of signup.  

The error indicates that the billing is not set up, but it clearly is.  I have not changed the code that uses the BudgetOrderService and it was working great.  It stopped working a couple of weeks ago.

I cannot replicate this error using our test account, because as you know the BudgetOrderService will not work with test accounts.  I do not have any soap logging to supply you.  I can however supply you will the billing account and the customerId so you can investigate.

Thank you for reaching out. Please see this blog post for additional information. As it says, you will now need to call the BudgetOrderService using a client count account.
