Link certain products from the Merchant Center feed to Campaigns in AdWords

We have a Merchant Center Account in which we have a large feed with products. We created an AdWords Account and linked it to a Merchant Center Account. We created Shopping Campaigns, AdGroups, AddGroup Ads. We want to link certain products from the Merchant Center feed to Campaigns in AdWords. Is it possible? How to do it via API (Go or Python)?

Unfortunately, linking of products from Merchant Center is not possible in the AdWords API. You can refer to this guide for scope of Shopping Campaigns in the AdWords API. You may open your concern to the Content API for Shopping Forum instead for better assistance.
