Google Ads API] GenerateKeywordHistoricalMetricsRequest, what do the numbers mean?

I am making an API call with these client types (verison=v14):

"GenerateKeywordHistoricalMetricsRequest"

"KeywordPlanIdeaService"

"HistoricalMetricsOptions"

I called the function for my keywords on (2023-11-12) and got results for the whole month of November. Can someone explain what these results mean?

1. Is there any predictive factor that predicts the results for the rest of the month?

2. Are the results from begin November to the 12th of November?

If you are using a client library and haven't enabled the logging yet, I would request you to enable logging for the specific client library that you are using. You can refer to the guides Java, .Net, PHP, Python, Ruby or Perl to enable logging at your end. For REST interface requests, you can enable logging via the curl command by using the -i flag.
