mcc account not approved

Hi,

I have an adwords account and recently we started working on integration using the SDK.

We have filed a claim for basic account (the account is still in test mode, and every request comes back as forbidden), 

but it has been 2 weeks since the request and we didnt get any reply back.

How do i know if my account is being reviewed or estimated time until activation?
